Yesterday was the Feast of the Orphanage is to say that some children were selected to perform for the remission of plaques awarded to some staff of the orphanage. It was very touching because these people work very hard and they were proud to be rewarded. Simply a signature plate with the seal of the Director of the orphanage and a nice big red rose. But for them it means everything! The efforts deployed cest people every day, you have no idea!
The ceremony happened in Russian of course but at some point, I realized that the Director talked to me (Tom and me) and Andrei who was in the room and everyone cheered, including me, I did not know what he said but I was happy. He said no doubt that we told him how much we were impressed by the quality of care , cleanliness and discipline that exists at the Orphanage no. 1 of Lugansk. Here the children exude happiness ... even if they have no real family tradition. They look healthy and relatively happy simply.
